Appointments and Fees

 

Finding the right therapist to work with is integral to your experience.  To gain a sense of who I am, my approach and why you are seeking therapy, I offer a free 20 minute consultation via phone or Zoom.  This allows time for us to understand what you are looking for and if we feel we are compatible.

50 minute appointment £60.00

I provide both in-person and online appointments in my practice room in North Shields.  Each individual session lasts for 50 minutes.

I offer in-person and online appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.​​​
